This is full day tour to Batur Volcano and surroundings area. You will be escorted to visit historical and beautiful spot of around the volcano, i.e.:
LAKE BOATING AND VISIT TRUNYAN VILLAGE
Trunyan Village is foreknown with its burial culture. The name of Trunyan itself derive from the name of tree "Taru Menyan". Their most unique tradition is to put the corpse under the 'Taru Menyan' tree. The people believe that the trees emiting a smell that neutralize the corpse smell. So that they do not bury, but just lay it under the tree. Of course, they put proper clothes on it.
To reach the village, we should take a boat ride on Batur Lake. It's take about 15 minutes ride with astonishing view of the lake, mountain, and villages. The boat will escort you to the village complex, cemetery area, and Batur Hot spring. The van will escort you to the harbour and pick you up at the hotspring.
BATUR HOTSPRING [NATURAL HEALTHY BATH]
Hotspring is good for health, especially for skin. It release itchy, pain, and bacteria/fungus disturbance on your body. So that is why many Balinese flock to the hotspring. Batur Hotspring is located on the foot of Batur Volcano. Simple lunch will be served here, we will offer local cuisine called Mujair Nyat Nyat. Entrance ticket, Locker, and towel are provided.
EXPLORING PHOTO SPOT AROUND BATUR VOLCANO
After taking bath at Batur Hotspring, we will proceed our trip to Songan Village to visit Ulundanu Songan Temple and Dewi Danu Statue. You may stop at any place to take beautiful plantation and view.
